Ang MotorHulugan.ph ay pinapatakbo ng Elyon GmbH (Salesteq), Alpenstrasse 9a, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (UID CHE-372.433.813). Hindi kami lender at hindi kami tumatanggap ng bayad. Bago ka pumirma ng kahit ano, makikita mo ang pangalan ng lender at dealer at ang buong terms nila.
Do you ask for a reservation fee or any payment?
No. MotorHulugan never asks for money: no reservation fee, no processing fee, no down payment. The down payment is paid only at the dealer when you pick up the motorcycle, against an official receipt.
Saan ko babayaran ang down payment?
Sa dealer lang, pag kinuha mo ang motor, at may official receipt (OR) sa pangalan ng dealer. Huwag magbayad sa personal na bank account, GCash o Maya ng kahit sino.
Someone asked me to pay in the name of MotorHulugan. What do I do?
Do not pay. It is not us. We never ask for money, an ID photo or a password, in the chat or on a call. Report it to privacy@salesteq.com.
Paano ko malalaman kung legit ang lender?
Itanong sa specialist ang buong pangalan ng lender at dealer. Tingnan sa SEC (sec.gov.ph) kung registered ang lending o financing company, at humingi ng Disclosure Statement bago pumirma.
What should I get in writing before I sign?
The lender's Disclosure Statement (Truth in Lending Act, RA 3765) with the cash price, down payment, amount financed, finance charge and total amount payable, and the full repayment schedule. Compare the total, not only the monthly.
Why are there few reviews of MotorHulugan?
The site is new: it opened in October 2026. That is why you find little written about it yet. Judge us on the points above: no payment to us, lender and dealer named before you sign, full terms in writing.
Bakit kailangan ang first name at mobile ko?
Para lang matawagan ka ng specialist tungkol sa motor na pinili mo, at kung pumayag ka lang. Hindi kami humihingi ng ID number, address o bank details sa chat.
