Privacy notice

Short version: we only ask for your first name and mobile number, only with your OK, and only to call you about the motorcycle you asked about.

Who is responsible

Elyon GmbH (Salesteq), Alpenstrasse 9a, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, UID CHE-372.433.813, operates MotorHulugan.ph and is the controller of your personal data. Data protection contact: privacy@salesteq.com.

What we collect

• What you write in the chat with Mika, including the motorcycle, down payment and term you are interested in, your area, and how you earn, if you tell us.
• Your first name and mobile number, only if you agree to be called and type them in.
• Technical data needed to run the chat (an anonymous browser ID, language, time of visit).

We never ask for an ID number, a photo of your ID, bank details or passwords in the chat.

Why

• To answer your questions and show you motorcycles and monthly estimates.
• If you agree, to call you about financing for the motorcycle you chose.
• To improve the site and the assistant.

Legal basis: your consent (Data Privacy Act of 2012, RA 10173, Sec. 12(a)) for the call; our legitimate interest in running and improving the chat.

Who sees it

• Our specialists who call you.
• A partner lender or dealer, only after you agree on the call to go ahead with them.
• Our service providers that host the site and run the chat and AI, under contract and only for these purposes.

We do not sell your data.

How long

Chat and contact details are kept for up to 12 months after your last message, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object, at any time: write to privacy@salesteq.com. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
